Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Must be a US citizen residing in the United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to execute an Independent Contractor Agreement.
Must not be debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment from participating in federal, state, or municipal procurement.
What You’ll Do
Scout and analyze active federal, state, and municipal contracts on SAM.gov and regional portals.
Contact Tier-1 manufacturers, equipment distributors, and wholesalers to secure competitive factory-direct quotes.
Verify freight specifications, delivery timelines, and mil-spec packaging requirements to government depots.
Build comprehensive cost-analysis spreadsheets and hand off completed quote packages to for final bid submission.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High-volume hustle with sharp attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills when speaking to commercial sales reps.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for margin calculations.
Prior experience in government contracting (GovCon), B2B sales, or supply chain logistics is a major plus.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
Associates earn a variable percentage (based on Apex's tiered commission structure) of the Net Profit generated on all completed contracts they source. Commissions are paid within 10 business days of final government payment settlement.
This is an independent 1099 contractor position (100% commission basis).
Associates operate under strict compliance rules and have no authority to spend company funds, sign binding agreements, or issue unauthorized POs. All software tools, financing, and contract submissions are funded directly by firm partners.
